1 cup cooked quinoa
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1/4 cup capsicum (red, yellow,green)
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup french beans
1/4 cup carrot
Some coriander leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt
Peanut,grated fresh coconut,panner also used
