Rx7 fd knight sports twin turbo no boost annoying lap about 9.43 btg

Almost 2 years ago I took my rx7 off the road, after several mods and a full restoration the car looked ready. The 1st time back on the road and it's off from sheffield to hull for the ferry to hit the nurburgring. Unfortunately despite being mapped twice on a hub dyno and checked over a few days before setting off it developed some boosting issue's as well as loosing a wheel... (some one didn't tighten it) For the majority of the lap I have no boost at all as the actuator is sticking, and I loose practically all power on all uphill sections... Ignore the gps speedo it's miles out and cannot keep up on the ring.
