We shall take an intermission in discussing Emperor Cavaliere to observe one of his minions, the alchemist who goes by Shredded Sports Science. In this special edition, we can see the minimal value that "degrees" and "credentials" have when there is no experience to back it up... Imagine using the "henneman principle" to defend a lift that has 0 carryover to anything, has a horrible stimulus-fatigue ratio for all applications and training outcomes... That's what you get when you are diagnosed with paralysis by analysis and must be prescribed some experience in exercise science. To be clear, we respect the effort that both Jeff and James put into their fields and both men have put out good content. However, they have given information they are severely under-EXPERIENCED to give (unless done so for the sake of more content and monetary incentives as in the case of Jeff). Additionally, they really lack the experience of applying the necessary principles (not all of these concepts) to develop appreciable long term adaptations in people. (And no, the sedentary, untrained, or noob people who benefit from Jeff's programs don't count because anything will work for the untrained. And no one who followed Jeff's programs became appreciably impressive in any way. And the pro athletes he trains already possessed the traits that make them elite. Besides, anything will work also for genetic freaks with massive work ethic and PED use. So we cannot use "credentials" as a method to invalidate valid criticism especially when we criticize blatantly bad information). Athlean-X fans or Shredded Sports Science Fans watching this video, please use substantial reasoning and/or evidence in your responses if you disagree with anything.
