Hi all, Here, I am sharing a DIY Overnight Hair mask which will make your hair Soft, Silky and Shiny like never before. I have used Olive Oil for Hair and Flaxseed Gel for Hair to prepare this mask. This mask is very effective to those who are having very dry and Frizzy hair. Benefits of Olive Oil:Olive oil moisturizes your hair, reduces scalp irritation and helps in reducing dandruff. It fights infections caused due to bacteria and improves the blood circulation in your scalp. A better scalp blood circulation makes your hair follicles stronger thereby helping to produce hair strands that are softer, healthy and thicker. You can use olive oil for normal oiling, just heat a cup of olive oil and massage hair generously, especially on the scalp and the hair ends. Let it sit for few hours and rinse your hair with mild shampoo to get amazing results Benefits Of Flax seeds: Flax seeds are rich in a number of nutrients that may help in keeping the hair healthy and the scalp hydrated. It also help in curing thin and dull hair. Flax seed benefits includes increase in hair growth with regular use, repair of damage, thin and dull hair, controlling oil production on scalp as well as reduce hair fall. I have shared some amazing remedies on flax seeds gel as well which are very effective and will nourish your hair, feel free to check those out. Here I have fuse Olive oil into Flax seed gel which make this mask super effective with all the good properties from both ingredient. Ingredients Used (you can increase or decrease the quantity based on your hair length): -2 cup of Water -1small cup flax seeds -Olive Oil Preparation: -Heat the water in a pan. -Add flaxseed when water started to Boil. -Heat the mixture for 5-10 mins at high temperature. -Continue to stir the mixture till it get thick. -Strain the gel into a Bowl -Let it cool down for 15 mins. -Mix 2-4 spoon Olive Oil into the Gel. -Stir till oil mixes with the Gel completely. -You hair Mask is ready for application. Application & Wash: -Apply with Hand on the Scalp first, rub gently. -Work on the length from tip to ends -Leave it Overnight for Best results -Wash with a light Shampoo next morning -No conditioner required for normal hair.
