A car engine is called an internal combustion engine because it relies on the combustion process and converts the chemical energy resulting from this process into kinetic energy for the piston. The four-wheel diesel engine operates according to four stages, which are as follows. The first stage is to draw the air into the cylinder, and at this stage the valve opens and the piston goes down and air enters. The second stage is air pressure. At this stage, the piston rises to compress the air in the cylinder, which leads to a rise in its temperature to a certain value. The third stage is combustion and expansion. In this stage, the hot air is injected with fuel mist, which leads to its combustion.
