All earnings from this channel will go for social welfare (education for poor, cleanliness, women empowerment, scholarship etc) Link: /c/nimarirasoi व्रत उपवास के लड्डू - Proteine & Calories rich chestnut laddu with long shelf life (Recipe by: Mamta Chourey) Ingredients: 150gm Chestnut flour (Singhade ka atta) 100gm Ghee 6-8 chopped cashews 5-6 chopped almonds cardamom powder(3-4 cardamom) 15-20 Buchanania lanzan seeds (Charoli/Chironji) 3 tsp powdered sugar 3 tsp normal sugar 5-8 chopped pistachios Quick Preparation: 1. Heat the ghee to medium flame and add chestnut flour and cook it for 5-7 minutes until it’s light brown(as shown in video) 2. Add chopped cashews, almonds and charoli at the end and keep the mixture to cool down 3. Add both sugars and cardamom powder and mix it nicely with hand 4.
