Today I stated my new series of baked vs fried. Today’s recipe is Masala Paneer Tikka in both baked and fried recipes. The difference between the two are-
Baked Masala paneer tikka :
~ No oil used ( except 1 & 1/2 Tsp mustard oil in marination)
~ comes out crunchy and dried after baking
Fried Masala Paneer Tikka:
~ used 2-3 tbsp of oil for frying
~ comes out soft and little oily after frying
Ingredients:
~ 2 Tbsp besan( gram flour)
~1/2 Cup curd
~ 2 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
~ 1 Tsp crushed/roasted Jeera (cumin seeds)
~ 1 & 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
~ 1 Tsp crushed black pepper
~ 2 tsp lemon juice
~ 1-2 Tsp food color ( I used red here)
~ Some salt to taste
~ little bit of oregano
~ 200 gram paneer
~ capsicum ( can also use onion pieces along with this)
~ 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder ( Haldi)
~ cooking oil
