Why I don't hire Americans with @fieldsofprofit It's honestly a no brainer for me. Americans are more expensive and they won't work as hard I have also gotten quite a lot of push back on people these people "unlivable wages" but in reality I pay them 10x what they would normally make if they were to work in the Phillipines I have had nothing but positive experiences with my employees They work hard and are always looking to do more than I even ask of them.
