Molly's PANCAKES
Lets do a perfect fluffy pancake - the best breakfast for the weekend 😋
whisk:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon of baking powder
Melt about 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until lightly bubbling and light brown.
Flip the pancakes. Cook 1-2 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown. 😋
