Fast Lane Hover Glider Battery Pack Self Restore

Just a quick demonstration of how fast that battery pack appears to self restore without a charger. I am not trying to say it is charging itself, I am just showing that it can be misleading to read the voltage with no load. If you go back through this series of videos you will find when I checked the battery after buying the hovercraft in a charity shop the voltage was negligible so it would appear that I have reconditioned it to a certain extent by giving it several charge/discharge cycles which is a positive step. My issue at the moment is whether the new charger I bought is up to the task of making any further improvement.
