I love genmaicha so I wanted to make kohakuto with it. It turns out to be a great match. You can enjoy the light flavour of green tea in these delicate candies. Take together with your coffee or tea!
One point advice : for bigger size candy cuts, I suggest drying them on a *reusable* cooking sheet. Its sturdiness will give a smooth result with less wrinkles than lighter parchment paper.
