@modestohodesto7140منذ 2 سنوات Great video M Pipes. Few questions if the original boiler is 130,000 btus why is make up air a concern with a boiler with half the btus?
Also most id="hidden4" class="buttons"> if not all combi boilers have 2 btu ratings one for heat and one for domestic hot water. Lastly turn down ratio is only useful when an outdoor reset is installed.

@jeremygrund8623منذ 2 سنوات Mike, I’m happy to hear you talk about to Eco-Tec. I have installed 6 so far in the last 2 years. Really have come to love the unit. Piping is very accommodating. Love the manifold they provide. Wiring is also incredibly accommodating. I love that they provide SPACE for the wiring it gives you the ability to really be intentional about doing clean work. They also provide like Bosch a wall templet you can hang and prefab anything you like. One difference is they need to have a thermostatic mixing valve on the domestic hot water side. If that boiler is not a modulating unit and only the kitchen area calls for heat id="hidden8" class="buttons"> (30k btu), won't that cause cycling on the boiler? @desmo8755قبل 5 أشهر Appreciate your thoughtful approach, but it looks like the sizing is based on the available baseboard and radiant capacity, not heat loss of the house. id="hidden9" class="buttons"> What if that was sized wrong to begin with? I have found even 300 miles north of where you are here, in a nothing-special older house, 30 BTU per square foot is ample (70 degree delta). This client of yours has enough radiator for 45 BTU per square foot. And will need a larger boiler to service that, but isn’t the bigger concern that if there’s too much radiator area the return temps could be too low? ....وسعت
