Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Whole red chillies - 10 no's
Ginger - 100 gram
Garlic - 100 gram
Cardamom - 4
Water
In Pressure cooker:
Oil - 3 spoons
Ghee - 2 spoons
Shajeera - 1 spoon
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cloves - 6
Cardamom - 1
Star anise - 2
Bay leaves - 1
Big size Onion - 3 (sliced)
Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
Curd - 3 spoons
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 size
Washed chicken - 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 handful
Pudina leaves - 1 handful
Soaked & washed seeraga samba rice - 2 cups
Water - 3 cups
