@frederalbacon8 months ago Listen, I'm not saying it wouldn't border on cruel and unusual punishment, but the boots for prison control are a pretty smart idea. The only thing is that all the floors would have to be metal, and you'd have to make a relatively compact and powerful electromagnet for the boots. But yeah, if you're locked in one of those, and the magnet applies, you wouldn't be going anywhere. ... 55

Plane need here:
Those aren’t the flaps, those are the elevators. The flaps are attached to the wings and aren’t control surfaces, don’t confuse the flaps for the ailerons what is used to bank the aircraft or if we’re talking about delta configuration the elevons what are basically ailerons and elevators mashed together ... 1
