Both Sabudana Vada and Sabudana Khichdi are two recipes that I make during my fasting days. But whether you are Fasting or not, Sabudana Vadas make an absolutely delicious Snack, Lunch or Dinner! Here in this video I have shown 2 versions of it- Fried & Non-Fried, along with some Tips to cook Non-Sticky Sabudanas & What to do when your Vadas break while frying. They are Delicious, Crispy and Tastes great with Green Chutney and even Plain Curd (Yogurt). Do try it out And let me know in the Comments below :) 🔴 Link to Green Chutney Recipe /watch/s1=t&cQGIMjp-89r-t ‍👩‍🍳 Ingredients for Sabudana Vada: 1 Cup Sabudana/ Sago/ Tapioca Pearls (Medium Sized) 5 Medium-sized Potatoes 3/4th Cup Peanuts (Coarsely Grinded) 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera 2 Tsp Ginger-Green Chilly Paste 2 Tsp Lemon Juice 2 TBSP Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 TSP Sugar (Optional) Rock Salt/ Sendha Namak as per Taste (you can use regular salt if the recipe is not being made during the fasting period).
