Among so many Thai delicacies and dishes, the Spicy Thai Basil Chicken is one of my favourites, and is also one of the most famous amongst all Thai Recipes. Ingredients used: Boneless Chicken Thigh 2 pieces Basil Leaves Some Onion ½ piece Green and Red Chilli Pepper 2 Chilli Padi 2 Chopped Garlic Some Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce ½ tablespoon Thai Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon Rock Sugar 3 pieces White Sugar 2 spoons Salt ½ spoon Stock/Broth ½ bowl Egg 1 九层塔鸡肉碎饭的材料: 去骨鸡腿肉 2片 九层塔 少许 洋葱 ½ 个 青红辣指天椒 2根 小米辣 2根 蒜末 少许 耗油 1汤匙 老抽 1 汤匙 生抽 ½ 汤匙 泰国鱼露 1 汤匙 黄冰糖 3粒 白糖 2 勺 盐 ½ 勺 高汤 ½ 碗 鸡蛋 1个
