Hare Krishna!! Sakkare Achchu is a Sugar Candy prepared for festivals especially for Sankranti / Pongal festival in Southern India. These Candies are abundantly distributed during these festival time along with Sugarcane and Jaggery based Till Laddus and is enjoyed by elders and kids alike. These homemade sugar candies just melt in the mouth and contains no artificial preservatives or chemicals. The candies are traditionally made using wooden molds but they can also be made using chocolate molds. These candies can either be made with Brown Sugar or Jaggery (organic and sulphur free).
