@andreamarshall911منذ 3 سنوات That poor mom my ex had custody and I warned the judge and CPS that he was abusive and might kill them when they were older. So when my kids were ab id="hidden1" class="buttons">used by him CPS charged and convicted ME with failure to protect, even though I wasn't there, didn't do it, tried to prevent it, and reported it. But had I taken the kids and ran, I would have been in jail for kidnapping. Family court is a joke and the kids should absolutely choose who to be with when over the age of 10. ....وسعت 33

@lonia.5283منذ 3 سنوات This is such a tragic case. I was very impressed with Dylan's mother and brother, how courageously, they testified. My heart goes to everyone, who id="hidden4" class="buttons"> has a missing family member, and to everyone, who had to lose a child or a family member to murder. May God help them in Jesus Christ' s Name ❤ ....وسعت 26

@delishme2منذ 3 سنوات When are we going to put children first ? There has to be better procedures for young people to say no to parental visitation under extraneous circumstances. Their testimony, free from coercion must be taken into account. 5

@jkhtravelrnمنذ 3 سنوات Wow. I can relate with her in that my sons father moved back to New York (we live in the North West) so he would fly there for part of the summer, every id="hidden7" class="buttons"> spring break, and part of Christmas break. My sin doesn’t reply back with more than 1 or two words, and wasn’t always good about letting me know he landed, or that he was on the flight home, and he didn’t always want to go. His dad had emotional issues, severe insecurities, and no filter about not saying the first thing, or everything, that pops into his head. He had drug addictions, as well as job instability, panic attacks and negatively labout his ability’as a parent, as an employee, and everything. He was financially sound and very good at making money in the stock market. unbeknownst to me, he had been on psyche meds and stopped them the day after our official engagement. He went crazy. At the age of 40, he had a heart attack that we in the medical profession call “the widow maker”, but thankfully survived. He then moved back home to New York, when our son turned 13.
I always worried that I would never see my son every time I had to let him go to his dad. Thankfully, I’m able to say my sin is doing great, he just turned 23, lives less than an hour away, and still doesn’t respond much to my texts. His father is still in NY, and hasn’t been here since our sins high school graduation, where his dad decided while he was in town, to see old friends and do meth (same addiction as before). So his dad ended up here the planned ten days, but was so tweaked he wouldn’t go outside, thought FBI were watching and constantly monitoring him through small tubes up from under the floor. We bail care of him from the day after graduation until he sobered up the day before his flight home. He had to stay with my new husband and i because he was too crazy to stay anywhere else and we live on a large ranch/farm 10 miles from town.
Anyhoo, I still worry his dad might find drugs again, but he likes weed now which is perfect for him. I’ve never seen anyone as unbelievably out of his mind and sanity like that. Thanks for letting me share. I apologize for going off on this tangent. I just really can relate with the text and worry for good reason. I will always love his dad for giving me such an amazing, healthy, strong son.
But I’m so glad his dad is still in NY. Thanks.

@joycehilkey7238منذ 3 سنوات How in the world can a father kill his child. What a horrible, horrible act . No wonder his wife was leaving him. No child should be made to stay with id="hidden8" class="buttons"> a parent that do not want to be with..that they are in fear of. So heartbreaking. Put this man in prison with prisoners that hate men who kill children or give him the death penalty. ....وسعت 1

@phyllisirwin5660منذ 3 سنوات Dylan was such a good young man. He told court judge of dad's photos of him wearing a diaper eating poo, which would cause any teen to vent about it id="hidden10" class="buttons"> to his dad. If dad was ashamed he should never had it in a place his sons could find it. Killing his son to keep photo quiet, whole world now has seen it! World lost a good human being, mom did a great job raising him, great friends & great village. We have to defend children who r afraid of a parent & don't want to visit, eating poo in a diaper with makeup etc may not be a sexual act, but clearly unsafe, cross contamination of ecoli. Dylan's with God now Such a good mommy, I'm so sorry! Not ur fault! ....وسعت 4

@msmithmitchell1604منذ 3 سنوات People. KNOW WHO YOU ARE HAVING CHILDREN WITH. This goes beyond a crappy parent or a crappy husband. @elizabethshaw734منذ 3 سنوات I would not force a child of that age to go see his father and if there was a written visitation order I would go to court on the following Monday. @user-el3iw6rz3mمنذ 3 سنوات This women is the epitome of the saying: "You never know how strong you truly are until it's your only option." 9 years?! Nine years & id="hidden18" class="buttons"> the court proceedings havent come to a close. The anguish, the interviews, the activism for her beloved child! She sat across from her sons killer on Dr. Phil's stage, this murderer tried to put her down as a mother, "what kind of mother sends heR child out of state without his coat on?" The _nerve _ of the poop eating, diaper wearing, child killing weirdo. I saw this video & clicked so fast, I pray that she can begin to mourn her baby properly.
