How to Make Sparkling Wine at Home (Soda Xpress)

In this video, I'll show you how I made sparkling wine at home with my Soda Xpress home kit. Do not try this if you are still new, as it requires some experience to operate safely. My first try was not as successful and it ended with a mess. It is a learning curve and you need to master the technique of releasing the safety valve with a lot of patience. For the wine, I recommend using a dry, light-bodied white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling or Pinot Grigio.
