INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
1kg (6 2/3 cups) flour
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
400ml (1 3/4 cup) water
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar and melted chocolate
METHOD
In a bowl add the flour vegetable oil and mix with the hands. Mix the water and salt and add this to the flour mixture.
Knead the mixture to create the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into ten parts, roll each one into a ballCreate the circle shape and roll it out tiny as you can. Take the two Chinese chopsticks and put them from the sides.
Add the fritters to the dipping oil and after some moment lift up the chopsticks to create the shape.
Sprinkle with the powdered sugar at the end.
