Gujrati Sukhdi | Gur Papdi | Gud Papadi recipe by Flavors
This mouthwatering delicious sweet prepared by Mrs Hina Rughani is surely worth a try.
Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
Ghee 1/4 Cup
Atta (Wheat Flour) 1/2 Cup
Jaggery 1/4 Cup
Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp
Cashew/Almond/Pistachios handful
Preparation :
Step 1 : Heat a Pan and add ghee, add the wheat flour and stir continuosly.
Step 2 : Lower the flame and keep stirring till the mixture turns aromatic and brown.You will reach this stage in 4-5 minutes.
Step 3 : Turn off the flame, add jaggery, dry fruits and dessicated coconut and mix well.
Step 4 : Tranfer it to a pan greased with ghee and cut into any shape of your choice.
Step 5 : Allow it to cool down completely and enjoy this sumptuous delicious gur papadi with your family.
