Brushed RC Motor maintenance, fast & simple

Like many parts of a rc-car, the brushed motor needs maintenance. Most of the time I start fairly late with maintenance... This motor is already making a terrible noise, but is an excelent example for cleaning and lubricating a brushed rc/motor.
