Hi friends,
I am so excited to share my version of the perfect Maharashtrian breakfast snack that is loved by many i.e. the kothimbir vadi.
Here are the list of ingredients:
4 cups finely chopped coriander / 1 entire medium bunch of coriander
Oil as required
5 green chillies
12-14 garlic cloves
One inch Ginger
1 teaspoon carrom seeds i.e. Ova
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds / Jeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon malvani masala OR garam masala
1 tbsp sesame seeds / til
1 cup gram flour / besan atta
Salt to taste
Water
Half to 3/4th cup rice flour
कोथिंबीर वडी बनवण्या साठी साहित्य :
मध्यम कोथिंबीर ची जुडी / ४ कप बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
तेल आवशक्ते नुसार
५ हिरव्या मिरच्या
१२ - १४ लसूण पाकळ्या
१ इंच आलं
१ टीस्पून ओवा
१ टीस्पून जीरा
१ टेबलस्पून धणा
अर्धा टीस्पून हळद
१ टीस्पून मालवणी मसाला किंवा गरम मसाला
१ टेबलस्पून तीळ
१ कप बेसन पीठ
अर्धा ते १ कप तांदूळ पीठ
मीठ चवीनुसार
पाणी
