Hey what up everyone! This workout was super challenging, upper body day using tall B-BARS. I did have some fail attempts but I don’t see failure as something bad, you have to fail multiple times before you can succeed, and this comes to everything in life. You either fighting for it or you don’t. The only time you are failing is when you a giving up!
