1 Tea Spoon of ground Ajwain / Ajowan Herb
1 Tea Spoon of ground Clove
1 Tea Spoon of ground Fennel
(freshly ground by Mortar & Pestle)
1 Table Spoon of grated ginger
1 Table Spoon of grated turmeric
1 Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
1 Tea Spoon of Chili Pepper / Cayenne Pepper
1 Table Spoon of Ghee
1 Table Spoon of Ground Flex Seeds
1 Table Spoon of Hemp Seeds
Turn off the gas :
Himalayan Salt to Taste
Rosemary Herb

1 Bunch of Green Collard
5 Peach Gum (Soak overnight) Boil for 10 minutes before adding to Soup
Soup Base :
