Travis Barker proposed to Kourtney Kardashian just yesterday on a beach in Montecito California, surrounded by a huge heart of roses and candles! Photographers and close friends were present so we were able to see some awesome pictures of their special moment. Kourtney took to her instagram to caption an adorable photo of her and Travis “forever” while momager Kris wrote: “congratulations to the most beautiful, adorable, affectionate, fabulous, made for each other couple in the world! Love you guys” It’s been no secret Koruntey and Travis have been madly in love for a little over a year now. Loads of PDA, trips and just pure happiness, but an engagement! This is not something we saw coming! Contrary to belief, this is Kourtney’s first engagement at 42 years old. Kourtney was with Scott, on and off with Scott for a decade where they had three kids. However, no matter how many times Scott asked, Kourtney never wanted to commit to marry him and we know the two ultimately broke up a few years back. Since that break up, Kourtney publicly dated a model, Unis, but little did she know her soulmate would be her longtime friend and neighbor, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Who was previously married to his ex Shana who he shared two children with! After Kourtney and Travis got engaged many family members took to instagram to share photos of the beautiful couple as well as roses from the dinner after to celebrate. Kim and Kylie were both in attendance flaunting Kourtney's massive diamond ring on IG stories. This is just such a big deal for Kourtney to see her finally happy, because if you followed her along on KUWTK, you know she was very miserable in her life the last couple of seasons. She wanted to quit the show, she wasn’t getting along with any of her sisters. I think it really took the show ending for Kourtney to almost have a rebirth and be open to enjoying life again which included starting her business POOSH, making new friends like Addison Rae and being open to falling in love with Travis.
