1/4 Cup Cabbage
2 Pinches Crushed Black Pepper
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Cornstarch/Cornflour
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt as per Taste
Oil for Frying
Sauce:
2 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Medium Onion
1-2 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 Ts Green Chilli Sauce
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
Cornflour Slurry = 2 Tsp Cornflour + 4 Tsp Water
