It's a city well-known for the quirky people of Portlandia and bad weather, but not much else nationally. I hope this video gives you the information you need to decide about a move (but try to visit first!) or simply better enjoy your Oregon vacation. I didn't touch on cost-of-living in this video because it is so subjective and Portland may be way more expensive or way cheaper than where you are moving from.
