JB is a land investor who nets, not grosses, but NETS well over seven figures in the land business, year after year. And you know what's interesting? He doesn’t want or need anyone else to know about it. He’s not trying to be an influencer. He’s not trying to build an audience or sell coaching services. He keeps to himself and plugs away, and he doesn’t need your or my approval to keep himself motivated. I’ve been emailing back and forth with JB since 2017, and the first time I talked with him on Zoom call a couple of years ago, I invited him to the podcast… but he didn’t seem excited about doing it.
