We were in MOROCCO for the beginning of Ramadan and wanted to share our very first experience with you. Join us for Suhur (the meal before dawn and fast) and Iftar / Ftour (the meal that breaks the fast) and our experience fasting for the first time. Our Moroccan Ifar was absolutely incredible, and all homemade. We would like to thank Moroccan Food Tour’s chef, Ihajja, for a delicious first Iftar. Our huge Moroccan feast consisted of a varieties of: pastilla, briouate, quiche, chausson and MORE!
