Fear of losing, facing, falling, darkness, failure, pain and poverty etc. we all have inner demons to fight, we call these demons, fear and hatred and anger. If we don’t conquer them then life of one hundred years is a tragedy. Sometimes it’s a very helpful thing that keeps us from harm.But many times it’s an inner voice and barrier that keeps us stuck. Fear defeats more people than any other one thing in the world. Keep your fears to yourself but share your courage with others. To overcome fear, here’s all you have to do: realize the fear is there, and do the action you fear anyway. I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.
