Anyways new 10 rep max on Deadlifts today with 512 pounds at a Bodyweight of 206 pounds. Used hook grip, belt, and chalk. Finally able to do some volume here by using some wood and matts as a platform. So with this set up I can actually go back to doing sets of more then 1 rep without becoming uneven. Will he nice to Deadlift off an actual foundation again so really looking forward to that.
