Chest forward, up, sink in - and since the "sink in" is our upper abs contraction, we'll send the waves down the body from here, contracting our middle abs, and lower abs. And as you tuck your pelvis in, you will bend your knees and sit, releasing your pelvis toward the back. And this is the beginning of a new wave - your chest goes forward, up, sink in here...upper abs contraction, middle abs contraction, pelvic tuck, sit,release your pelvis toward the back.Here is our undulation.....chest fowrard and up... abdominal contractions traveling down... It's not an easy move - so you will really benefit from one of our full-length instructional programs or bellydance workouts where you can practice with cues for every stage of this movement. For right now, just watch me and try to perfect every element of this move in isolation and then combine them.
