Today I am sharing with you some favorite weight loss meals that are a great addition to a healthy, vegan, plant based meal plan. It's always a great idea to have a plan to get you to your goal. And for me, picking a few easy vegan, plant based meals and rotating them throughout the week was the easiest way to stay consistent and on track with losing weight. Potato Salad Cook 8-10 two bite potatoes (I like yukon gold and I like to cut in half)Once cooked mix potatoes and Hungry Vegan Mama dressing together (1 serving) DRESSING HERE - https://www.hungryveganmama.com/blog/oil-free-salad-dressing Add potatoes to lots of salad Taco Bowl Throw frozen veggie or fresh in a pot (I like to use bell peppers, corn and broccoli.
