Can't believe it's so EASY to make such a Delicious, Tasty and Beautiful Rainbow Tapioca Cake!
Recipe
Ingredients A :
600g Finely grated Tapioca (Ubi Kayu)
150g Sugar
120ml Thick Coconut Milk
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Powder
Ingredients B :
3 different Food Coloring of your choice
Method :
1. In a bowl combine A and divide into 3 equal amount of batter.
2. Color Each Portion with ingredients B
3. Grease a rectangle tray of 8 inches by 3 inches, and pour each colored layer one on top of the other.
4. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
5. Cool the tapioca cake thoroughly before cutting into desired shape and sizes.
