Today's daily home workout is a brand new 30 minute standing workout inspired by fun sports drills focusing on cardio, leg strength and conditioning. This is a (HIIT) high intensity standing workout for beginners that uses no equipment! Disclaimer: I did not play all of these sports, so please forgive me if my technique is less than perfect. This workout was made as a fun way to exercise, and not instruction for sports, so please enjoy the fun standing workout to burn lots of calories and move in a fun, different way. This is a workout made for beginners but intermediate and advanced exercisers will also find it fun and beneficial! I make real-time free online fitness classes that can be done anytime, anywhere!
