I wipe my hand of it (not really but the rendering process has been very frustrating and I'm physically and emotionally drained from other things at the moment) but I am, actually, fairly pleased with this. Of course I wish the quality and cleanness transferred from what I saw in vegas to this finished product but short of getting a new computer I don't see this happening, my computer is simply too old and beat up to do much better. But thank you, thank you to all of you that watched the preview and have hopefully stuck around to watch this finished product. I can not express how much the comments from that drove me to finish when I thought all inspiration was lost. Half of the problem was deciding how to end the story and I might actually make an alternate ending in the near future but for now, this will have to do :) The Story: One day Spirit, leader of his heard, noticing a new horse has wandered into his territory, he knows she is different but also knows she is alone, and scared and he takes her into his heard, growing more and more fond of her as the days pass. Eventually Spirit earns the unicorn, Amalthea's, trust after she sees his dedication to protecting those he loves. The grow closer but one day Amalthea is attacked by the Red Bull and Spirit rushes to her rescue, it is then that something unexpected happens and Amalthea transforms into a human- her true form. Memories return to her and she is upset to be human again but when Spirit remains with her, she has some hope but is desperate to return to her unicorn form, the only time she's been happy. Spirit remains by her side but they are unable to communicate but Spirit understands her emotions and they take a journey to find the wizard who originally transformed her but when they find him he is reluctant to act. Spirit, sensing Amalthea's hopelessness tries to convey to her that he will stay beside her. Schmendrick, the wizard, sees their bond and starts to reconsider when the Red Bull attacks again. Spirit tries to defend Amalthea but his efforts are in vain and it seems hope is lost until Schmendrick rallies his powers and transforms Amalthea back into a unicorn. The battle isn't over though and Amalthea is ready to give up until Spirit inspires her and they fight back together. The Red Bull is banished into the sea and Spirit and Amalthea return home together to stay this time.
