Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. 2.Add green chilli, onion, capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves and salt to the batter and mix them well. Add water as per required consistency. 3.Meanwhile heat a pan and grease it with clarified butter and pour the batter on the pan and make it into a uttapam. Pour some ghee and let it cook on medium flame. Cover the pan for it to cook quickly. 4.Flip it to the other to cook the other side as well. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 5.Sooji Uttapam | Rava Uttapam is ready to be served. Sooji Uttapam | Rava Uttapam is a simple breakfast recipe.
