Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt at Cheddar Gorge

Dates: 6th - 22nd April 2019 This Easter sees the return of the egg-cellent Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt to Cheddar Gorge & Caves. After a visit from the Easter bunny, 50 glow in the dark Easter eggs have miraculously appeared in different locations throughout Gough’s Cave. Using your trail sheet to find your way through the cave, your task is to crack the mystery code the Easter Bunny has left behind. Unravel this Easter enigma and you’ll receive a yummy treat! As an added egg-xtra, make sure you keep an eye out for Richard Gough’s magical golden egg! Rumour has it it’s been hidden in the caves since he excavated it in Victorian times. If you do spot this hidden egg, be sure to grab a picture as proof and post on social media using #CheddarEggHunt! You’ll also have the opportunity to get hands on with some Easter crafts in the Museum of Prehistory and make your own decorations for your home.
