Pressure cook it for 4 whistles. Then let it cool completely. 2.Now, heat 2 tablespoon ghee/clarified butter. 3.Add cumin seeds, grated ginger, green chilli, garlic. Saute for few seconds. 4.Then add well washed and chopped spinach leaves. Saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. 5.Add chopped tomato, mix well. Cover and cook until tomato are soft. It will take 3 to 4 minutes. 6.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala. 7.Mix well and cook for few seconds. 8.Then add cooked dal/pigeon peas, little water and mix well. Let it boil then switch off flame. Dal Palak | Dhaba Style Dal Palak is a delicious and healthy dish. Dal Palak | Dhaba Style Dal Palak is a mouthwatering dal recipe. This is a nutritious dish that goes well with jeera rice or plain rice. This is quick and super easy to prepare. It is a spicy dish with amazing flavour garlic.
