@infiniteinfinity9802العام الماضي I read some people’s comments complaining that things are not moving fast enough. I think it is in part because Randy is trying not to charge too much. Things take longer when keeping costs down is such an imperative. So it looks like he needs to sell more homes to pay for infrastructure. But what they are doing is not cheap. However, I have intently watched The Randy and Amanda Incrediboxes Mini Series for a while now because it is informative but also enjoyable. So Randy you are producing lovely homes but also entertainment.

I feel there is a need to have photos of your different homes inside & out so one can picture themselves in one of your models. I can’t picture myself from a drawing in order to pick a model. How can I pick a community when I can’t vision my home first. It’s like the cart before the horse for me. Every time he shows a new location and sares ideas of more surprises the more want to wait and see id="hidden37" class="buttons"> what's next. I like the Abbyville location and his thoughts on the Buffalo Grove area but now he says another surprise is coming. I'm so bewildered ! But I'm still in tune with his tiny house constructions. Like I said I visited past Halloween time. They weren't around but from what I saw and from chatting with few folks residing there I'd love to be there if he could expand property in his vision. He's about an hour east of Knoxville. And it's a good size town. My sister said ask him about a nearby golf course . I told her I wouldn't put it past him to put in an 8 hole one ....وسعت

Barbecue area with large id="hidden43" class="buttons"> pit , grilling screens you have wheel to lower it or raise up screen. For real Santa Maria or Santa Barbecue Tri tip meal. This style was common when the rancheros needed all to round up the cattle. Ranchers would invite neighbors to help with the round up. It was reciprocated those ranchers . There is expensive very exclusive event in Spanish - Los Rancheros Visitadores. Buy two Chuck wagons one for Newport . Naturally there might need smaller grills if you didn’t want cook on a large grill. Covered area with fans in the ceiling and long tables. Just in case of bad weather. If cold then those portable gas heaters restaurants use outside.
Find a couple of old Chuck wagons . 0ne for Buffalo creek and one for Chrystal. Fun big swings in the trees adults . Have an old fashion mountain event
. Halloween, 4th of July, Easter egg hunt for adults. Prizes , coupons, gag gifts etc. This it can be for adults or if there are kids provide Easter egg different color eggs for adults and kids .
In fact you that area was settled by the Scottish people. We can come up with Scottish Clan name and maybe design with a coat of arms. Have Scottish games with modified equipment instead of a ltec. Or go over to games in Grandfather Mountain in NC. Loch Norman Highland Games. Stone Mountain Georgia has a big one as is Grandfather mountain. Every one can add Mac to their name or on Saint Patrick’s day can O’ Jones or Mcjones. Mind you did this with Hispanic , Korean, Thai, Armenians, Portuguese students. They even made tartans squares which were put in a quilt to hang out in the hall for others to see. Maybe bring students or teachers of folk dancing for Irish or Scottish party dancing. I couldn’t keep up with my foot work that did the upper body part and bounced up and down. Too crowd to see my folk. Still great fun. Maybe have high schools drama group come perform where ever Andyville. Also participate in the parade events in Newport. Cinco de Mayo we are Mexicans. Food and drink. Oh let us not forget El Dia del Muratos . And of course there is Madi Gras. Lear the second line dance used after a funeral. Lots great songs go with that. New Orleans Jazz marching songs.
Pirates day . I was a public school teacher 1-6 grades. Maybe I could help a social committee .

Our plan, was of course, to have one built by you, but I was just disappointed to get no further information.
