So I've been sorting out the bonus information I want to share with you ready for our online group programme 2nd August. I know sometimes people struggle with including enough fruit and vegetables each day and so this "25 ways of getting more fruit and vegetables" should help you. Inside there's some easy tips of what to do...whether that's for puddings, breakfasts or main meals. Research says we need to aim for 10 portions of fruit/vegetables every day to keep us healthy....wow. But its not that hard. This will give some ideas.
