Higher learning institutions need to set own guidelines for concerts - MoHE

Guidelines for entertainment activities and concerts at higher learning institutions need to be set and provided by the institutions through the involvement of the Student Representative Council or Student Union. The Ministry of Higher Education instructs university administrations to include the students' representatives in formulating guidelines, ensuring that students' voices and requirements are taken into account. These guidelines will then be based on the suitability of each higher learning institution before it is officially implemented at the respective institutions. However, the ministry has emphasised that it is still at the recommendation stage as a reference for higher learning institutions in developing their respective guidelines.
