Jackfruit Kesari - Ingredients:
Upma Rava, Roasted - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 & Half Cup
Water - 3 & Half Cup
Jackfruit - 6 or 7 Arils (Cut into Small Pieces)
Ghee - As Required
Elaichi Powder - As Required
Broken Cashews - As Required
Raisins - As Required
TIP - We are not blending the jackfruit to mix it to the Kesari. Here, we are only adding the pieces of Jackfruit.
We are doing so because, had we blended the jackfruit, the kesari would be very soggy, stringy & inconsistent.
Hence, We are adding only the pieces of jackfruit to it to get its fantastic flavor on to the Kesari.
