New Education Policy 2020: On Wednesday 29th july, the Union Cabinet cleared a new National Education Policy (NEP) proposing sweeping changes in school and higher education. A look at the takeaways, and their implications for students and institutions of learning.The 10+2 academic system has been changed to 5+3+3+4 system. Board exams have been made easier and critical thinking skills and self evaluation have been imparted in the system.
