Follow me: Twitter: https://twitter.com/SecretInTheOven Facebook: https://goo.gl/W2hk8e Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/secretsintheoven/?hl=en Pinterest: https://uk.pinterest.com/secretsintheove/ Ingredients: • 3 tbsp Instant Coffee • 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar • 3 tbsp Hot Water • Ice Cubes • 350ml/ 1 ½ Cups Hot Milk • 350ml/ 1 ½ Cups Cold Milk • 1 tsp Pistachio Butter • Extra Pistachio Step 1 Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric hand-held mixer, whip the coffee mixture until it is light brown, fluffy and holds stiff peaks when the whisk is removed. Step 2 Add some ice cubes in a glass, add the cold milk and the frothed coffee mixture on top. Smooth out with a spoon and serve. In a small bowl, add the pistachio butter and combine it with the frothed coffee mixture. Add the hot milk in the second glass and the frothed coffee and pistachio mixture on top.
