The Mediocre Ps3 Zone | Untold Legends : Dark Kingdom (2006) Next Gen launch disaster

Welcome to a PS3 launch title that wanted to be a Next Gen RPG ... from SOE a sony owned studio that made MMOs (EverQuest, EverQuest II, The Matrix Online, PlanetSide, Star Wars Galaxies, Clone Wars Adventures, Free Realms, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, DC Universe Online, PlanetSide 2, H1Z1: Just Survive, and H1Z1: King of the Kill, along with more recent acquisitions Dungeons and Dragons Online and Lord of the Rings Online) ... came this game , hyped since people liked "Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest" and its sequel "Champions: Return to Arms" , that was build on the Baldurs Gate : Dark Alliance engine (the console version that made it a top down 3D hack and slash) ... youtube.com/watch/2Go51vQaHVY ... the thing was those games where made by Snow Blind , not by SOE ... making people blinded they will get a mediocre crap product... ouch If you ask why "Snow Blind" dev did not made it , well since this engine was so popular they licensed it left and right ... to indie studios , thinking like Epic they hit a jackpoint and from this day will only make Engines for Consoles ... only 3 games came from this: Baldurs Gate : Dark Alliance 2 by Interplay , Brotherhood of Steel ... and Combat Elite: WWII Paratroopers , that came after a lawsuit pains ... Theirs last game on this engine was "Justice League Heroes" , after that WarnerBros bought them in 2009...only to make theirs last game "War in the North" in 2011, a RPG in the lords of the rings universe ... that flopped since it went straight on in the same sales week as Skyrim ... after that they became part of Monolith ... But what about SOE ... they where sold by Sony , renamed to Daybreak Game Company and still make MMOs to this day ...
