In a restaurant in Taichung, sliced duck with white scallion paste pastry (thick id="hidden5" class="buttons"> q homemade), fried duck rack with nine layers of pagoda garlic and scallions. At a restaurant in Zhunan, sliced duck with white scallion (if scallion is expensive, half scallion and half onion will be served) and pancake crust (moistened, thin).
Duck head and neck, some stores will only give customers a whole duck (extra charge), others buy half a duck, one
I usually cook it straight with the rack.
Some restaurants will also serve three dishes, in addition to sliced duck stir-fried duck rack, or boiled soup (not common), and usually buy whole. ....وسعت
