Raan Bhaji Recipe| कुर्डूची भाजी | टाकळा | Shravan Special| Pausali Bhaji There are many wild leafy vegetables which is available in and around Maharashtra, mainly during the rains. Here is the authentic recipe. Kurdu / Taklachi / Sheglacha pala / Dudurli Pala It is New day in village. Today we have decided to make the Raan bhaji for Lunch. So we all are going to get some fresh Raan bhaji. We first take some Kurdu fresh leaves. Then we went to get some fresh leaves of Takla, Shegul and.Dudhurli We came back to home and went to the our nearby Talaw and wash the Raan Bhaji. Went back home and finly chopped all the raan bhajya. Chopped 1 onion, 2-4 Green Chilies. Heat the Pan add oil add Green chilies. Then add chopped Onion sauté it till transparent. Now add all the raan bhaji and sauté. Add some water and then sute and add Grated Fresh Coconut Last add salt for taste. Bhaji is ready serve with Bhakari or Rice or Chapati. Enjoy Monsoon Vegetable
