😍😍Miniature Mutton 🐐Biryani Recipe | How to make mutton biryani at home: 🏘️ Biryani is a very famous food around India and Pakistan which is introduced by Mughals and it becomes the all-time favorite Indian recipe of many people. Making of biryani needs more practice and time. Here we made biryani with a miniature cooking set (Mini food making). We always believe in the random quantity of ingredients instead of measurements which will make you excel in cooking. Basmati rice, 3. Ghee or Oil, 4. Biryani spices, 5. Turmeric powder, 6. Red chili powder, 7. Coriander powder, 8. Curd or Lemon juice, 9. Onion, 10. Tomato, 11. Green chili, 12. Coriander leaves, 13. Salt, 14. Water. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Preparing Rice: 1. Choose the best basmati rice from your store and soak that rice for 20 minutes, 2. In a pan, add two to three tablespoons of ghee or oil, 3. Add biryani spices and give a good mix (You can use any spices you want), 4. Add 2 cups of water (based on the rice quantity: for 1 cup of rice you should use 1 and a half cups of water), 5. Cook the rice only 75% (not cooked entirely), 6. Drain the water out and keep the rice aside. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Marinate Mutton: 1. Wash the mutton and keep it in a clean bowl, 2. Drain the water and add 1 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 3. Followed by 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 4. Half tablespoon of coriander powder, 5. One tablespoon of curd, 6. Finally, add some salt to taste, 7. Mix it well and keep it aside (you are free to use some water to blend the mix well with the Mutton). _______________________________________________________________________________________ Preparing Mutton Masala: 1. In a pan add two tablespoons of ghee or oil, 2. Add all biryani spices and give a good mix, 3. Add one tablespoon of ginger paste, garlic paste and country onion paste into it and stir well, 4. Add two medium size sliced onions and stir well, 5. Add two sliced large size tomatoes and give a good mix, 6. Add two chopped green chilies and mix well, 7. Once the tomatoes are cooked well, add the marinated mutton mix into it and stir well. 8. Cook until the mutton is cooked and keep the mutton masala aside. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Dum Biryani Process: 1. Take a pot or you can use free size cookware, 2. In that add portion of cooked rice, 3. Now, ass prepared mutton masala which is shown in the video above, 4. Now add leftover rice into it, 5. Garnish with coriander leaves, 6. Finally, add two to three tablespoons of ghee, 7. Cover with lid (dum) and keep the flame in sim and cook for 20 min. 8.
